Charles
A. Odell, Executive Director MSW, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). Mr. Odell is responsible for Dilworth Center’s administration and clinical program development. He has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years, specializing in treatment for adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Mr. Odell has been with the Dilworth Center since 1995.
William
R. Bullock, Medical Director MD. Dr. Bullock is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is responsible for the Dilworth Center’s medical supervision. Dr. Bullock is a past board member and President of the Diabetes Association of Mecklenburg and Union Counties as well as Chief and President of the Medical Staff at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte. He has been with the Dilworth Center since 1994.
Wallace
H. Godfrey, Director of Special Programs Mr. Godfrey is responsible for the Dilworth Center’s Adolescent Treatment Program. He is responsible for adolescent patient caseloads, assessments, patient education and group therapy facilitation. Mr. Godfrey has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years, specializing in treatment for adults, young adults, adolescents and families. He has been with the Dilworth Center since 1997.
Margaret A. Larrea, Director Community Outreach and Development BA. Ms. Larrea is responsible for Dilworth Center’s community outreach and development activities, including enhancing the accessibility of our treatment services for potential patients and their referral sources. She is the former Outreach Services Representative for Caron Treatment Centers and past Director of Graduate and Undergraduate admissions at Queens University. Ms. Larrea has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years.
Christina
M. Melber, Clinical Case
Coordinator II BA. Ms. Melber is responsible for case management, intake coordination, community referrals, research and utilization review. She is also responsible for administrative operations and serves as assistant to the Executive Director. Ms. Melber has worked in addictions treatment for over 20 years. She has been with the Dilworth Center since it was founded in 1990.
Mylinda O. Scott, Admissions Specialist Ms. Scott is responsible for case patient admissions, intake communications and office coordination. She is also responsible for administrative operations and serves as assistant to the Executive Director. Ms. Scott has worked in the field of chemical dependency treatment since 2003. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2003.
Margaret E. Wyche, Clinical Supervisor MA, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). Ms. Wyche is responsible for Dilworth Center’s clinical supervision, adult patient caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 1990, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Ms. Wyche has been with the Dilworth Center since 2006.
Cori N. Trotman, Counselor II BA, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). Mr. Trotman is responsible for adult and adolescent patient caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. He has worked in Chemical Dependency treatment for over 20 years, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Mr. Trotman has been with the Dilworth Center since 1997.
Anne S. Rick, Family Counselor RN, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). Ms. Rick is responsible for adult, young adult, adolescent and family education. She has worked in the field of chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Ms. Rick has been with the Dilworth Center since 1998.
Diane M. Frederick, Lead Treatment Facilitator BS. Ms. Frederick is responsible for adult and adolescent family caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2003, specializing in working with families. Ms Frederick has been with the Dilworth Center since 2003.
Tammy A. Hanson, Counselor I MSW, Provisional Licensed Clinical Social Worker (P-LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), Clinical Supervisor Intern (CSI). Ms. Hanson is responsible for adult and adolescent family and patient caseloads, assessments, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2001, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Ms. Hanson has been with the Dilworth Center since 2001.
Abier S. Thorton, Treatment Facilitator M.Ed. Ms. Thorton is responsible for the Dilworth Kids program for children, adult family and patient caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 1998, specializing in working with adults, families and younger children. Ms. Thorton has been with the Dilworth Center since 1999.
Allan T. Howe, Treatment Facilitator MSW. Mr. Howe is responsible for adult and adolescent family and patient caseloads, assessments, patient education, group therapy facilitation, and Quality Assurance (QA). He has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2007, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Mr. Howe has been with the Dilworth Center since 2007.
Kathy D. Kistler, Patient Accounts Representative Ms. Kistler is responsible patient accounts management, third party reimbursement contracts, utilization review and administrative operations. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2004.
