For more than 30 years,

Dilworth Center has been a KEY resource for recovery in Charlotte and the surrounding North and South Carolina regions. We are a nonprofit organization providing outpatient treatment services for individuals and families affected by alcoholism and drug addiction. Our outpatient treatment programs have helped thousands UNLOCK the door to a promising new life.

Keystone Legacy Members are those who choose to make our organization part of their legacy through a planned gift. Planned gifts are invested in Dilworth Center’s Endowment Fund, which focuses on preserving and supporting our mission in perpetuity.
